These Terms govern your use of the ZivoraPay website, account features, supported virtual-card services and related payment tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in your location. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

2. Card availability and verification

Card profiles, issuance, supported countries, limits and verification requirements can differ by provider, network, account activity and applicable law. Information shown before issuance controls if it differs from general website descriptions.

3. Funding and fees

Supported funding networks and applicable fees are displayed before a transaction is submitted. Network fees, merchant charges, exchange effects or third-party charges may apply separately.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use ZivoraPay for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, abuse of payment networks, unauthorized transactions, or activity that violates card-provider or merchant rules.

5. Transaction controls

Transactions may be declined, delayed, reviewed or restricted by card providers, payment networks, merchants, fraud controls or legal requirements. ZivoraPay does not guarantee acceptance by every merchant.

6. Service availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features where required for security, provider changes, maintenance, compliance or operational reasons.

7. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZivoraPay is not responsible for losses caused by merchant disputes, third-party outages, unsupported networks, user error, compromised credentials or circumstances outside reasonable control.
